Konveyansee for conveyancing lawyers

For Malaysia Conveyancing Law Firms

A confession to make

Hi. My name is Farid. I'm the guy behind Konveyansee.

I'm not going to waste your time with a sales pitch. You're busy enough as it is.

But I do want to tell you why this thing exists — because it came from watching conveyancing lawyers deal with unnecessary crap, day after day.

I saw the problem up close.

Before building Konveyansee, I spent time talking to lawyers for few months back in 2022. I asked questions. A lot. And I listened. I observed and watched people in the law firm. I made notes.

And what I saw was this:

Smart, capable lawyers — people who genuinely wanted to do good work — being buried under administrative chaos that had nothing to do with actual legal work.

One lawyer told me: "I spend more time hunting for documents than I do actually reviewing them."

Another said: "I have twenty files. Each one has a deadline. I track them in my head and pray I don't forget."

A chambering student confided: "I'm terrified of making mistakes because I don't know what I don't know."

And almost everyone said some version of: "The clients never stop asking for updates."

None of this is your fault. It's just... the way things have been done.

But it doesn't have to stay that way.

So I built something that actually solves the real problems.

Not the theoretical ones. Not the ones that look good in a demo. The actual, daily, annoying problems that make your job harder than it needs to be.

Let me be specific.

Problem: SPA drafts turning into a version control nightmare.

You know this one intimately.

Sub-sale transactions. Multiple rounds of amendments. Emails flying back and forth. Someone accidentally sends Draft 2 when everyone else is on Draft 4. The other side's lawyer makes changes you can't track. You spend twenty minutes just figuring out what changed.

But here's another thing I noticed — the copy-paste errors.

Your clerk is preparing an SPA. They copy the buyer's name from one document, the property address from another email, the purchase price from a WhatsApp message. One wrong copy. One small typo. And suddenly the IC number is wrong, or the property description doesn't match the title.

You only catch it during final review. Then you have to fix it, resend it, and hope the client doesn't lose confidence.

Here's what Konveyansee does differently:

Document versioning is built in. Every draft is saved. Every change is tracked. You can see exactly who changed what and when. The collaboration tool lets both sides work on the same document without the email chaos.

But more importantly — document generation from templates.

You upload your own SPA template once. Your template. Your clauses. Your firm's way of doing things.

Then when you create a new file, the system pulls the correct information from the file details you've already entered. Client name. IC number. Property address. Purchase price. Stamp duty calculation. Everything populates automatically.

No more copy-paste. No more typos from manual entry. No more "Eh, did I update this clause?"

And here's the best part — you don't need to wait for a tech guy to upload your templates. You do it yourself. Takes five minutes. You're in control.

That's what I mean by empowerment. Your templates. Your workflow. Your firm's way of working. Konveyansee just makes it faster and cleaner.

It's not magic. It's just... organized. The way it should have been all along.

Problem: The 90-day deadline constantly hanging over your head.

As a buyer's lawyer, you've got 90 days from SPA signing to complete the transaction.

Multiply that by fifteen files, each at a different stage, each with different complications... and you're basically doing mental gymnastics every morning just to figure out what needs attention today.

Konveyansee tracks this for you.

Every file shows its timeline. Deadlines flag themselves before they become emergencies. The system tells you: "This one needs movement by Thursday" or "That one is approaching the 60-day mark."

You're not relying on memory anymore. You're not waking up at 3am wondering if you forgot something.

The system remembers for you.

And your clients? They can check the mobile-friendly portal from their phone — no app download needed — and see exactly where their file stands. Which means they stop calling you every other day asking "Any updates?"

Problem: Client account is a compliance nightmare.

I know this one stresses people out.

Too many files. Too many disbursements. Trying to stay compliant with the Solicitors' Account Rules 1990 and the Solicitor's Remuneration Order 2023 while also tracking where every payment went across multiple matters.

Some lawyers I met were doing this with Excel sheets. Some with accounting software that didn't understand legal work. Some were just... winging it and hoping for the best.

Konveyansee's client account management was built specifically for Malaysian law firms.

It knows what you need. It tracks disbursements properly. It integrates with your office accounting. It keeps you compliant without you having to think about it constantly.

Month-end reconciliation stops being a panic attack waiting to happen.

Problem: Training new people is exhausting.

Chambering students. New legal assistants. Even experienced clerks who haven't done conveyancing before.

Every single one of them needs to learn the workflow. The sequence. What comes after what. When to follow up with the bank. When to submit to the land office. What documents are needed at each stage.

Usually, this means you spend hours explaining. They still make mistakes. They still come to you with basic questions. You get tired. They get anxious.

Konveyansee has Workstream — workflow and task management that guides users through each step.

It's like having a senior lawyer looking over their shoulder, except it never gets impatient or tired.

They see what needs to be done next. They understand why it matters. They become confident faster. And you get your time back.

Here's what I'm NOT saying.

I'm not saying Konveyansee will make difficult clients reasonable. It won't.

I'm not saying it'll speed up the land office. It won't.

I'm not saying it'll fix every problem in conveyancing. It won't.

What I AM saying is this:

There's a whole category of problems that have nothing to do with legal complexity and everything to do with poor systems. Document chaos. Deadline anxiety. Training inefficiency. Client communication overload. Account management stress.

Those problems are fixable. And they're the ones eating most of your time and energy.

Konveyansee fixes those problems. Not because it's clever. But because it was built by someone who actually paid attention to what makes your job unnecessarily hard.

Why am I telling you this?

Because I genuinely believe you deserve better tools.

I've watched lawyers work 12-hour days, not because the legal work is that complex, but because the admin chaos creates friction at every turn.

I've seen talented people leave conveyancing because they were tired of the mess, even though they loved the actual work.

I've talked to lawyers who said: "I became a lawyer to help people with property transactions, not to play detective with missing documents."

That's not right.

You shouldn't have to fight your systems. Your systems should fight for you.

Here's the deal.

You're already solving complex legal problems every day. You're navigating land law, dealing with difficult transactions, protecting your clients' interests. That's the work that matters.

But right now, you're also playing project manager, document detective, deadline tracker, and IT helpdesk — all at once. That's not what you signed up for.

Konveyansee handles the operational mess so you can focus on being a lawyer.

Check it out at myconveyancingsoftware.com. Try it with real files. See if it actually delivers on what I'm saying here.

You'll know within a week whether it's solving real problems or just adding another login to remember.

My bet? You'll wonder how you managed without it.

But you'll decide that for yourself.

I built Konveyansee because I saw a problem that needed solving.

Not a theoretical problem. A real one. One that's costing lawyers their time, their energy, and sometimes their peace of mind.

The solution exists now. It works. It's designed specifically for Malaysian conveyancing practice. And it's ready when you are.

You know what you need. I'm just telling you it's here.
